SGI Global LLC is seeking fluent Spanish speaking Receptionist to support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in Mexico City, Mexico, which requires professional and administrative support services to work with the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program to Mexico.Responsibilities:The position is located in Mexico City, Mexico.Process visitors entering the building by validating their identification. Assists visitors with determining proper access. Manages and maintains VIP badges and other visitor badges as required.Schedules and prepares conference rooms for courses, meetings, and incoming delegations. Sets-up training materials in the conference rooms and uploads instructors' material to the training room screens.Coordinates with Program Assistants for the purchase of training materials and coffee break supplies.Prepares course and meeting materials and supplies. Manages the inventory of training and coffee break supplies and notifies leadership on items to be reordered.Responsible for receiving and accounting for supplies and packages.Implements emergency procedures as situations occur.This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent.
