Recruiter

**_Main Responsibilities_**:- Collaborate with business and HR leadership and manage assignments to recruit top talent- Lead AND Agency as a culture ambassador- Support other HR activities- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered- Minimum of 2 years' high-volume recruiting experience preferably working in a call center environment- Advanced English level, oral and written- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines- Demonstrated ability to create a plan and execute on it- Superior written and verbal communication skills, active listener, empathetic- Familiarity with social media job boards and understand how to navigate them effectively- Strong business acumen with a deep customer service commitment- Outgoing, friendly, confident, innovative and resourceful- Efficient, organized and tech savvy with the ability to think quickly on your feet- Flexibility to work additional hours as instructed by business needs**_ We offer:_**- Competitive salary- Grocery Vouchers- Employee Discount Program- Annual Bonus Program- Shuttle Bus Service- Full Legal Benefits- Flexible Schedule
