Job Summary:
Responsible for recruiting and mobility programs including recruiting for staff and executive positions, college recruiting (internship program) and global mobility. Ensures current and future business requirements can be met by driving high quality recruitment outcomes while partnering with the business, the talent team and the wider HR community.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Supports the creation and execution of the overall recruitment strategy, policies, processes and resources to attract and hire top talent across the organization. Fill critical vacancies by identifying and attracting executive leaders by partnering with the executive recruitment manager.
- Cultivates and manages an executive talent pool on an on-going, proactive basis through research, sourcing and networking. Plan and implement of college recruitment efforts consistent with the overall staffing objectives of the organization, including internship program design and execution. Works in partnership with and influences stakeholder groups globally and across all functions to ensure current and future needs for recruiting programs, tools and resources are known, defined and executed against.
- Implements and executes mobility programs and services supporting employee short
- and long-term transfers, assignments, immigration regulations and domestic or international relocation.
- Advises managers and human resources team on mobility policies and practices.
- Stays current with laws, regulations and procedures governing international mobility and immigration.
- Partners with key stakeholders on creation of new global recruitment programs.
- Manages communication of programs and tracking success of programs.
- Proactively researches new trends and best practices (internal and external).
- Coordinates and prepares resources and collateral for recruitment programs and tools.
- Supports the overall diversity strategy by ensuring diversity is a focus in recruitment programs, tools and resources. Ensures compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements for recruiting and mobility.
- Builds, maintains and manages relationships with recruitment and mobility vendors and external partners. Other duties as assigned.
Job Level Specifications:
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
- Develops solutions for a variety of situations and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance; determines best course of action to achieve results.
- Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy.
- Collaborates with management and team members within the department/function and other areas of the organization. May represent department internally or externally.
Work Experience:
- Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
