.Your JobWe are seeking a Recruiter to attract, identify, and enable Molex (a Koch Company) to select and hire contribution motivated individuals for our manufacturing sites in Mexico. This role is pivotal in creating an advisory model where cultural fit, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency make a significant impact. The position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.Our TeamOur dynamic and international team is driven by a clear vision and values based on our Principles-Based Management (PBM) culture, which fosters a dynamic, collaborative, and contribution-oriented work environment.What You Will DoOverseeing the sourcing process, job posting in internal and external career sites.Develop and maintain partnerships across the Recruiting team, customers, and key stakeholders (e.G., business HR, compliance, Supervisors, legal, etc.) to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the enterprise.Create an effective partnership with the business to source, recruit, and hire talent while providing an exceptional consumer experience.Perform talent identification, screening, and evaluation, coordinate with the coordinator's assistance, the interviews with hiring managers and other interview panelists. Coordinate the hiring process while being in constant communication with Hiring Supervisor, HRBP's, staffing agencies and head-hunters.Lead all aspects of full life cycle recruiting; partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, assess external/internal candidates against job profiles, and apply behavior-based interviewing techniques to assess for knowledge and cultural fit.Identify high value opportunities to improve recruiting operations.Coach candidates (external and internal) on their unique needs to build a long-term relationship.Develop data-based labor market insights to sharpen sourcing strategies.Advise hiring managers on alternate approaches to find and hire the best talent.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment.Proven experience creating long-term value partnerships with other capabilities.Previous experience in talent acquisition end to end process for all profile levels, (interns- engineers & executives' positions).Behavioral interview techniques.Experience working with recruitment ATS platforms: Taleo, SuccessFactors Sourcing and Job Boards knowledge.MS Office proficiently knowledge.Proficient Bilingual English and Spanish.What Will Put You AheadProven experience in a similar position.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
