**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and execute the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Develop talent attraction strategies and maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Expertise in job boards, LinkedIn, and talent management systems.
- Fluent in English (100%, both oral and written).
- Willingness to relocate or reside in Hermosillo, Sonora.
