Description We are actively looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will develop, plan, manage and execute strategic recruitment objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar English level Intermediate - Advanced in speaking, writing and listening Recruitment skills  Recruitment experience Activities Execute activities to achieve the department's objectives and indicators Develop and execute the operative recruitment process Induction process and collection of new employee documentation Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process Design and implement recruitment strategies Search and collect information to analyze the market and competition in the area Promote and manage the external image of the company in the recruitment media Keep the different sources and market trends updated for the process Powered by JazzHR
