Talent is our world.**Key Accountabilities**:- Developing, implementing, and managing proactive and reactive attraction strategies for your client.- Using a data led approach, tailoring your recommendations and monitoring return on investment (ROI) to inform and develop ongoing strategies.- Leading on, delivering, and analyzing effectiveness of client and Attraction projects in line with objectives e.G., budgeted cost per direct hire, source mix, ROI.- Delivering performance data in monthly and quarterly business reviews.- Developing stakeholder relationships with AMS colleagues in Sourcing, Insights, Media Buying, the wider Attraction team, and key client stakeholders.- Creating and / or reviewing content to be used for campaigns, social strategy, and advert copy.- Supervising, mentoring, and promoting best practice to junior colleagues, as required.**Knowledge**:- Leading technical and market knowledge in developing recruitment marketing plans.- Knowledge of sourcing tools, attraction strategy, programmatic advertising, and communication methods Commercial awareness and understanding.**Skills & Experience**:**Skills**:- Able to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling, innovative solutions.- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategy.- Leadership skills with the ability to provide support and guidance to junior colleagues in projects.- Stakeholder management skills with ability to challenge key stakeholders, negotiate and persuade them to move forward with a best practice approach.**Experience**:- Experience within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency or in-house environment (recruitment or marketing) is desirable.- Experience of presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.- Demonstrable experience of leading attraction / recruitment marketing projects.- Experience of analyzing ROI and using the data to inform future strategy.- Budget management and ROI analysis.**What you'll get in return**:AMS offers you career opportunities in every direction you want to explore
