Recruitment Supervisor

**Responsibilities include**: Lead the recruitment team, promote team work, target monitor, presentactivities/ideas and follow ups on how to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the bestprofessionals.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent workexperience.- 1- 2 years of experience as a Recruitment supervisor or team lead- Bilingual in Spanish- Results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills; excellent problem- solving and follow-through skills.- Ability to plan and prioritize work activities, use time efficiently, complete work ina timely, accurate, and thorough manner, and follow-up on assignments with aminimum of direction.- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and ability to communicateprofessionally.- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.G. social mediarecruiting and Boolean search)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishingthe right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles- Develop various sourcing strategies in partnership with the VP of TalentManagement.- Reaching out to target talent via social networks, phone calls and othercreative methods.Engagement.Experience- Form close relationships with recruiters to ensure clear- Successfully meet or exceed the sourcing metrics identified by the VP ofTalent Management.
