We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.In this sales role, you will report to the Country Product Manager. We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.What you'll do:Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs.Drive sales by responding to customer needs, from telemarketing activities to WhatsApp, to meet sales targets to grow the Mexican market.Create sales by working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions to organize and attend promotion events to build brand awareness.Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair.Be part of a fun team sharing the same passion and a 'work hard, play hard' mentality.What Cultural Care Au Pair Mexico offers:A competitive salary package.
