Use talent levers to enable and advance the country's strategic goals
Translate the country's strategy into a comprehensive people strategy
Ensure global consistency of people programs while maintaining local efficiency.
Incorporate local relevance into people strategy and programs, guaranteeing adherence with local regulations
Drive region/country People strategies and solutions to deliver business results
Explore opportunities enabled by people within the region/country
Anticipate trends and interpret their impact on business and people strategy
Act as the conscience of the country leadership
Champion change initiatives, organizational values, and culture
Take Action to Drive Impact
Define specific initiatives to achieve the people strategy

Primary Work Scope
Connect all People functions within the country/region to ensure effective design and delivery of People programs, focusing on speed and relevance
Provide dotted line leadership to all People functions within the country and solid line accountability for site/regional BPs
Be the final People decision-maker within the country/region
Foster a sound sense of team cohesiveness and engagement within the People team
Serve as the main point of contact for both People and business leaders in the country, addressing any critical issues that may arise.
Understand business needs and channel feedback to the appropriate verticals
Empower country-relevant delivery solutions while maintaining program integrity
Drive alignment and consistency in the implementation of People programs across organizations within the country
Lead the country diversity and inclusion strategy
Facilitate focus groups
