In this role, your responsibilities will include forecasting sales needs, events budget and working with sales teams to ensure that the marketing fits the company or brands image.A successful regional Marketing Manager has substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences, partners and ecosystem. They enjoy taking charge of regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals.Core ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement annual marketing plans, defining the marketing mix that drives familiarity and consideration of the brand, lead generation, increased awareness and adoption of technology solutions conversion and retention of businessDefine region Marketing goals and KPIsDefine account marketing programs to extend reach with existing accounts and accelerate pipelineUse multi-channel marketing best practicesTrack marketing campaigns and determine the most successful onesPrepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverablePlan, host and execute offline and online eventsBe a brand advocateSupport overall marketing team goals and programsAssist regional sales managers with presentations when neededWork closely with the sales teamBasic QualificationsMBA or other related degree in business, marketing, communications highly desirable8 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager, preferable in the video security industryGood knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practicesExperience with trade showsOutstanding communicator and creative thinkerProficient in marketing automation and analytics features (hub spot is a plus)Experience with marketing tools and software (Asana)Critical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsIndustrySecurity and TechnologyEmployment TypeFull time
