Operational Service Delivery- Responsible for supporting the execution of various Regulatory product documentation and requests in an efficient and timely manner.- Manages technical and customers document and data accurately and to the expected tight time scales. Executes using conventional/ established processes and structures.- Remains fully flexible to meet business requirements.2. Lead Supervision- Supporting the Regulatory Manager to manage team resources and capacity whilst ensuring strong team performance, operational excellence, and delivery of an excellent customer experience.- Responsible to coordinate on-boarding of new hires or junior members of the team.- Communicate goals, conduct performance assessments, 1:1's, and identify training needs to enhance team members' skillsets.- Responsible to coach and guide team members in promoting their professional growth and development.- Coordinate workload distribution and prioritize tasks to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency.- Act as a backup for the Regulatory Manager, stepping in to lead the team in their absence.- Has awareness of team, department, and regional initiatives.- Responsible for managing and meeting individual and overall department Key Performance Indicators.3. Stakeholder Management- Coordinates and develops effective working relationships between internal (RDA, QA, Operations & Commercial) and external stakeholders.- Proactively communicates and de-escalates related issues and identifies solutions and keeps relevant internal contacts in region informed.- Coordinates response to key customer specific regulatory documentation and serves as the regulatory liaison to account managers, customer care for customer's requests.- Routine metrics reporting to the business and attendance at business meetings if and when required**Qualifications and skills**:Functional Competencies- Possesses a strong understanding of applicable food and beverage legislation within their supporting region.- Possesses a good understanding on the overall team processes.- Customer Advocacy.- Capability to train and support junior members of the department as appropriate, and address development needs as required.- Scientific and Technical Expertise.Language Requirements- Fluent in English, fluency in other languages relevant to your support region are a distinct advantage
