.**Site Name**: Mexico City Torre Mitikah**Posted Date**: Sep 4 2024The Systems Support Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that existing and emerging Regulatory Systems are supported throughout their lifecycle- (i.E.: from the system's initial implementation to the wider Organisation through subsequent releases and eventual decommissioning).Additionally, this role works closely with the Director of Regulatory Business Systems Support to drive alignment with ITMS standards, and processes, to ensure compliance for implemented systems.**_ Your Responsibilities:_** This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:- Regulatory Systems Support- Interface with IT, Business System Owner to coordinate solutions delivery and support of Regulatory Vault.- Provide operational support to Regulatory Systems.- Provide first line support to global users.- Responsible for management of Support Team in Mexico- Support a varied portfolio of bespoke or off the shelf regulatory systems that are used globally for regulatory activities.- Ensure compliance with ITMS Standards throughout their lifecycle- Maintenance of systems documentation (E.G.
