Protect and prolong the economic life of assets at the lowest practical cost- Be competent with data analysis techniques that can include:- Statistical Process Control / OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness / Reliability modeling and prediction / RCFA fault analysis techniques / Six Sigma methodology.- Facilitate root-cause and root-cause failure analysis (RCA, RCFA)- Support failure reporting; analysis and correctiveactions systems.- Maintains the Asset Maintenance Plans that define the maintenance practices for production, utility, and auxiliary assets. Including the development and optimization of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs for assets.- Works with all levels of maintenance and operations obtaining owner approval prior to implementation and changes.- Analyzes planned idleness of operating equipment to develop and improve PM schedules.- Periodically compares PM frequencies to downtime reports and equipment histories to identify where frequencies require adjustment. Refining the frequencies on an "economic" basis to avoid "over maintenance".- Expertise in multiple areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization.- Must have demonstrated effective communication practices and have experience with office and reliability productivity tools.- Must have an understanding of the RCM process, failure mode identification, cause and effect analysis, determination of probability, and consequence of failures; the use of FMEA, RCFA decision logic, and writing tasks to mitigate identified failures.- Must demonstrate knowledge of generic problem solving, and in particular the RCA process.- Must have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.- Have a solid knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, and repair.- Must have an understanding of Asset Management, its various components and organization.- Ability to communicate/teach reliability best practices, condition monitoring, and precision methods.- Be willing to continually pursue knowledge and certifications in reliability and predictive technologies.- Be willing to continually pursue knowledge and certifications in reliability and predictive technologies.- 1.Trained in quality management system ISO9000; - 2. proficient quality management tools(SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5C etc.); - 3
