KEEP READING IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE..._**YOUR ROLE**This is an outsourcing role, you'd be assigned to one of our Clients to perform the following duties for their business:**General Administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the operation.
**- Respond to team member and client queries.- Manage and process team expenses.
**Accounts**- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
**Reporting**- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.- Research, report and resolve account discrepancies.- Prepare monthly updates of expense receipts and statements.- Financial analysis (income & expense trends, top expenditures, etc.)
to suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.- Account reconciliation and general ledger reclassification.- Continuous compliance with all regulatory, banking, tax, and other financial obligations, reporting and keeping record of the needed requirements.- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups, as needed.
**YOUR AWESOME TRAITS****REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting or Finance.- Knowledge with Quickbooks- Avdanced/Expert knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.- C1-C2 Level of Written and Spoken English- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
