They are proud to possess a unique blend of skills currently not offered to homeowner associations.As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the company's administrative tasks, from keeping a record of the daily services done to the customers and delivery of administrative tasks to allowing the operational team to deliver the services punctually.**The main activities for this position are**:- Handle customers' needs, answer basic questions about the services, handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.- Send notices (violation notices, late fee notices, community announcements, etc.).- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.- Run periodic reports according to the company's needs.- Data entry in various platforms for different purposes such as basic accounting records, scheduled services, and documentation of different processes.- Follow up on scheduled works orders and documentation in the system.- Audit Projects.**SCHEDULE****The team you will be collaborating with is in Arizona so you will have two different schedules during the year**:M-F 10:00-19:00 (summer in Mexico).M-F 9:00-18:00 (winter in Mexico).**We offer**:- Competitive salary.- Remote Work and equipment.- Six days of Vacation at the year mark.- Vacation Bonus.- 30-Day Aguinaldo.- Mayor Medical Insurance.- Minor Medical Insurance.- Food Tickets.- Restaurant Tickets.- Saving Fund.- Work Stability.**Requirements**:- Advance English (Verbal and Writing).- Two years of experience in a similar role.- Strong customer service skills.- Experience using MS Office.**It's a plus if you have**:- Experience using Vantaca.- Experience using Task Management Software.
