We specialize in outbound calls for appointment scheduling, but we also take inbound calls, verify insurance, confirm appointments, etc.Must be comfortable talking on the phone and using multiple systems.Must have a reliable internet connect that is fast - this will vary depending on your location, a computer, and a quiet place from your home to work from.
