**Role Overview**:
As a remote Property Manager, you'll ensure property owners have a great experience. From onboarding to financial reviews, you'll keep things running smoothly. Strong negotiation skills and property management know-how are key. You have to be able to deliver remarkable customer service!
**What You Get**:
- ** Hourly** - $8.00-$12.00(USD) Paid Weekly
- ** Annual Performance Bonus** - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)
- ** Churn Incentive** - $0-$175 paid monthly when client churn stays below 1.75% monthly(effective after 90 days)
- ** Google Reviews** - $25 for any 5 star review mentioned in
- ** Better Book Club**:
- Up to $500 in a calendar year to read
- ** Paid Time Off** - 10 Days(Accrued)
- ** Paid Birthday** - 1 Day(Take during month of bday)
- ** Paid Holidays** - 7 Days
**What You Bring**:
- Direct experience as a Property Manager is required; we expect you to make key decisions daily.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations and financial management.
- Confident in handling challenging client conversations.
- Fluent in English with a neutral accent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of U.S. residential maintenance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable work-from-home setup.
