**Join our Team**:**About this opportunity**:**What you will do**:- Define scope and manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance.- Oversee the financial performance for roll-out phases in line with budgetary stipulations.- Drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.- Uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action as necessary.- Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely reciprocation.- Monitor the invoicing life cycle in the implementation phase to secure optimal financial performance.- Report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.- Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer directives and standards.**The skills you bring**:- English - Advanced Level- Management - PM, Customer Management, Time Management- Self-Driven- Leadership- Advanced communication skills- **2 - 4 years of experience in Telecomm & Engineering
