All these through handling and maximizing outbound calls, prospecting, and enhancing our customer experience and by maximizing CRM utilization.Role Responsibilities- _ Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone._- _ Focus on a specific region to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact._- _ Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts._- _ Resolves customer issues/problems, research, and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales._- _ Make the standard quotes for the supported customer base._- _ Follow-up by phone all open quote requests for the supported customer base_- _ Follow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active as reactive requests_- _ Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow their business._- _ Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace._- _ Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups._Travel: Up to 5%Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through commercial experience- English (Intermediate-Advanced)Preferred Qualifications:- The profile needs to be an extroverted commercial person that is driven by sales and customer focus.- Ability to contact customers in a pro-active way- Having good technical skillset to understand our products for- A first level of immediate customer responses- Handling standard quote requests- To seek support from specialists when needed- Telephone contact skills is an asset for this roleOur policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
