Our software enables holistic and informed conversations about GRC and ESG to ensure CEOs, CFOs and the board have an integrated view of audit, risk, information security, ethics and compliance from across the organization.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide an excellent customer experience by anticipating and resolving transactional-related customer issues or concerns in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.- Fact check and reconcile information for accuracy and clarity to ensure quality control of deliverables, including adherence to specific delivery and reporting requirements and billing data, as directed by Diligent supervisors and/or management personnel.- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success Management, and Production personnel to help meet customer needs, while managing customer expectations to prevent missed deadlines.- Track client interactions in company's project management tracker, ensuring that required notes and progress milestones are accurately recorded.- Ensure that client transaction records are kept up to date.- Upon assignment, complete client contracted administrative tasks for specific Client projects ensuring quality in all deliverables.**Required Experience/Skills**- Experience conducting research regarding Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) preferred. Background in project management, legal services, and direct customer services.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree.- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.- Able to self-motivate and work independently with analytical focus as well as collaboratively.- Commitment to quality in work product and superior attention to detail in reviewing data.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel.**Preferred Experience/Skills**- Passion for customer service both internal and external.- Superior organization and prioritization skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow to goals and timetables.- Demonstrated good business judgement based on thorough research.**What Diligent Offers You**- **Creativity is ingrained in our culture.** We are innovative collaborators by nature.
