As a RESEARCH CHEMIS SENIOR, you will be directly responsible for solving technical challenges, crafting experiments, conducting hands-on formulation and testing of coatings, and deploying new tools and formulation practices to the organization!
In this position, you will drive development of tools and technologies to build capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and evaluate new, innovative ways to improve coating performance, meet regulatory requirements, and/or address unmet customer or market needs.- Lead projects to development of project strategy, communicate clearly and document results to ensure project achievement progress.- Plan, execute and analyze the designs of experiments related to the projects- Own the analysis and storage of data generated in the projects (Data science)**Qualifications**- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering- Proven experience in coatings industry- Excellent analytical and experimental skills, with experience in formulating.- Sophisticated knowledge in statistics, data analysis (Data science), programming (Python, C, R) and Polymer Chemistry- Desirable experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence- Intermediate-advanced English- Good level in handling paint evaluation laboratory equipment (viscometers, mechanical stirrers, dispersers, potentiometer, spectrophotometer, tensiometer, weathering, etc.)
