This position is eligible for TN visa sponsorship, with no VisaScreen required.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Wellness Programs:Create and lead health education initiatives, including nutrition, exercise, and preventive care programs tailored to residents' individual needs.Organize group activities such as therapeutic exercises, cognitive games, and relaxation sessions to foster active and healthy lifestyles.Resident Daily Assistance and Support:Assist residents with daily routines related to personal health and wellness, such as making balanced dietary choices, engaging in light physical activities, and maintaining personal well-being.Help residents with basic daily tasks, such as mobility support, reminders for hydration and medication, and guidance on personal care routines, while fostering independence and dignity.Health Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor residents' health and wellness progress, making adjustments to wellness plans as needed to address their evolving needs.Maintain accurate documentation of each resident's wellness activities, progress, and any areas of concern. Communicate updates with the caregiving team and management to ensure consistent, high-quality care.Team Collaboration and Training:Educate staff members on best practices for supporting residents' wellness needs, sharing insights on nutrition, preventive care, and daily wellness routines.Work closely with other team members to ensure residents receive holistic support, blending professional health education with hands-on daily assistance.Foster a Safe and Positive Environment:Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that enhances residents' quality of life, with attention to maintaining both physical and emotional well-being.Engage residents regularly, encouraging participation in wellness activities that support mental engagement, social connection, and emotional resilience
