**IT Business Analyst****JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Java Front End development Experience- The Business Analyst for the product teams will support each of the Product Managers in activities related to data profiling, functional story writing, acceptance criteria development and validation, UAT facilitation, roadmap and backlog management and production support analysis.- Independently write requirements in the form of Agile stories that:- directly support primary objectives of new product capabilities- are appropriate in size for development during a two-week iteration- include clear and specific acceptance criteria- take into account dependencies on other stories and/or products & initiatives- Refine requirements into stories that are development ready- Evaluate completed technical stories and the solutions that they deliver against acceptance criteria to ensure that they meet the expected functional requirements.- Create the plans for QA and UAT, and coordinate the execution of the plans by the relevant teams- Showcase and facilitate UAT of completed solutions to business partners.- Develop implementation plans and internal communications in conjunction with Product Managers.- Take on the prioritization and execution of smaller scale improvements within the roadmap and partner with the senior product managers to focus on the larger scale transformative elements of the roadmap.- Assist in the handover of completed deliverables to the operational teamsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
