Description We are hiring aRetail - Order Fulfillment Consultant to be the Primary business consultant between Steelcase NA and retail channels as well as other eBusiness platforms.What You Will Be Doing:Manages the assigned accounts through the order fulfillment process from receipt of order to final installation and has responsibility for customer complaint resolution.Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.Project management.
- Owns the decision making for OF processes when onboarding new businesses/Retailers Proactively provide Operations Performance data to the WFH Category to collaborate to create actions and resolution of the problems.
Run regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed to provide business visibility.Create process documentation and stand operating procedures as needed to meet channel development requirements.Who You Are: You are a consultant that understands the health and well-being of the customers through performance measures and plays the role of the customer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvementMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business and related fields Advanced English level+2 years of experience in a similar position or within the operations departmentExperience working with an ERPPreferred QualificationSelf-motivated, self-directed, self-starter and willing to accept responsibility for results; committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detail; Sets high goals and standards for self and others.Ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.
