**Responsibilities**:- Serve as an extension of the Noticed creative team, collaborating seamlessly to address significant design challenges.- Work iteratively through all project phases, from concept to launch, incorporating feedback and refining designs.- Proactively identify solutions to enhance user engagement and drive results.
**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of design experience, preferably with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or agencies.- Proven ability to articulate design rationale and present creative concepts effectively.- Proficiency in **Figma**, **Photoshop**, and other modern design tools.- Experience creating high-quality, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and adapting to feedback with a positive attitude.- Passion for creativity, technology, and delivering exceptional design solutions.- A portfolio showcasing your experience and design achievements.
