Building its modular units from start to finish in Mexicali. After the Backyard's Samara interiors and exteriors are finished in the factory, each unit is loaded onto a truck and sent directly to a customer's property in the United States.

? Ability to create and modify Revit families by Samara's drafting standards

Experiencia y requisitos
?Expertise in, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar drafting software
? 5 years of experience in architectural drafting or mechanical, electrical
? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
? Proficiency in geometry, trigonometry, and algebra
? Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, and various building materials
? Strong understanding of residential design and construction practices and procedures
? Light gauge steel construction experience is a plus
? Knowledge of CNC codes.CSV
? Design experience in California, Texas, Single Family, and Multifamily homes is a plus Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
