The Risk & Control Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to assess the ability of individuals, companies and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements and extended obligations in coordination with the Collections team.The overall objective of this role is to ensure financial threats to the company are minimized by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.**Responsibilities**:- Lead and supervise a medium size group of Risk & Control Specialists providing support for audit requests, issue management activities, risk & control reports, risk & control assessments.- Resolve issues, troubleshoot discrepencies in a political way.- Interpret procedures and policies, and guide support staff in resolving complex problems- Provide input on staffing, training and development needs, and train and coach Credit Initiation Specialists- Solve problems through analyzing information, and by identifying and selecting solutions, utilizing acquired technical experience- Ensure the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team, provide advice or facilitation services, and oversee end results- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of customer documentation and recorded information within computerized systems**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of experience in a related role- Leadership experience preferred- Familiarity and understanding of financial industry, audits or consultant firms (EY, KPMG, PWC, etc) preferred- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience- **Job Family Group**:Operations - Services- **Job Family**:Credit Initiation- **Time Type**:Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
