**Development Excellence**
Works on tasks and continuous improvement of CTO tools, methods and processes and change management
Your key tasks:
- Actively defines and implements standardized tools, methods and processes for CTO
- Recording of status-quo and process requirements
- Creation of standardization concepts
- Implementation of standardized solutions after testing and verification
- Accompany roll-out with business organization and adapt standards as required (CI)
- Creation of specifications, guidelines, work instructions, training documentation, data checking tools
- Monitoring of implemented tools, methods and processes
- Creation of training concepts and user training
- Actively contributes to stakeholder communication and maintenance of key user network
- Reports progress of the assigned tasks and documentation on a regular base
- Identifies and proposes optimization of existing tools, methods and processes
- Identifies key customer and industry trends as input to Development Excellence roadmap definition
- Provides 2nd level support to business process experts for standardization roll-out as well as current business

Team specific tasks:
- Develops, standardizes and continuously improves LEONI data & design standards and guidelines
- Development of design rules
- Harmonization of the data entry standards in the design tools
- Development of data bridges, style sets, plugins, etc. for automated data processing
Methods & Processes:
- Develops, standardizes and continuously improves design methodologies and processes to support Requirement Management, Design for Manufacturing/Automation, Design Review, D-FMEA, Validation Plan, Release Processes, Costing, etc.
- Change Management:
- Standardizes and improves the Change Management process utilizing the LEONI standardized digital tool chain
- Define process for evaluation and implementation of technical changes
- Integrates digital Change Management functionality into design tools and the process landscape"
Position Key Skills:
- Bachelor´s Degree on Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience on automotive industry desired
- Product design

- Strong attention to detail, ability to concentrate and analyse complex situations, reliability, willingness to learn, humility.
- Intermediate fluent language skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
