Working with our dedicated team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations, making you an invaluable asset!**Requirements**:**What you'll do**:**Safety Leadership**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety training program for all field employees, promoting a culture of zero incidents.- Ensure the proper safety training of all field employees, coordinating delivery and documentation of training.- Promote a strong safety culture within the company, providing feedback to ensure field crews are maintaining safety standards.- Coordinate write-ups of incidents and near-miss reports, reviewing these reports at management meetings and sharing lessons learned with individuals and crews.- Lead and coordinate weekly safety meetings.- Train new hires on jobsite expectations and safety regulations.**Communication and Reporting**:- Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents and safety training activities.- Provide regular reports and updates on safety performance and incidents.**Training and Mentorship**:- Train and mentor new hires on safety regulations, ensuring proper onboarding and continuous skill development within the team.- Support all employees in continuous training opportunities, providing ongoing training on company standards and expectations.**What you'll bring**:- Proven experience in safety management within the construction or utility industry.- Excellent safety record with a strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.- Proven ability to train and coach others, promoting a strong safety culture.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).- Minimum of OSHA 30, additional safety certifications may be required.**Benefits****Why Assistantly**:At Assistantly, we're dedicated to connecting talented professionals like you with rewarding opportunities across various industries.
