Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.Responsibilities:Develops, implements, and maintains the safety management system. Inspects and evaluates workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards in Mexico government regulations.Monitors and controls company's safety standards in the workplace in accordance with applicable regulations, such as Mexico NOM, STPS, and state regulations, or government building codes.Leads and motivates staff with respect to safety throughout the organization, ensuring that safety requirements, practices, and procedures are understood and utilized by all staff.Ensures all staff understands the basic safety and health requirements needed to ensure compliance with regulatory safety and health law as well as applicable SSOE best safety management practices.Develops a reporting system to executive management and Board personnel regarding injury experience, job incidents, safety training, status of safety objectives, and general safety performance of SSOE as compared to its overall industrial classification.Assists Human Resources in developing a method of scoring and evaluating the safety performance of SBUs in general and also of each Construction Manager's activities.Develops a "Safety Alert" process to communicate important safety and health information throughout the organization, such as accidents involving serious injuries and the controls put into place to prevent a reoccurrence, safety reminders, and the creation of new safety procedures or policies.Inspects office fire safety and safety equipment and building facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Conducts EH&S orientation and other specific EH&S training as needed.Conducts Accident Investigation, audits, and reports the status and causes of accidents, establishing measures to prevent similar accidents
