You will work closely with internal customers to troubleshoot access issues, ensuring only authorized users have access to our resources and their access is properly provisioned, enabling them to perform their jobs effectively.This is a high-impact role with numerous opportunities for career growth and development in IAM, offering a challenging and rewarding experience for a motivated individual.Key Responsibilities:Design and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to enhance our security posture.Develop custom code and configure SailPoint to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure.Integrate SailPoint with other applications and systems, providing a unified identity management platform.Configure IAG platform connectors, schema, workflows, user interface, and enterprise roles to support business use cases and user stories developed by our Product Management team.Customize and configure IAG reports to meet business needs, providing valuable insights for decision-making.Ensure compliance with industry-leading security standards and regulations, protecting our organization's sensitive data.Perform regular maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting to prevent security breaches and maintain system stability.Conduct DR, performance, load, stress, and endurance testing to ensure our identity management systems operate efficiently and effectively.Develop test harnesses for repeatable testing and quality assurance, ensuring our systems meet the highest standards.Conduct functional smoke testing as part of ongoing preventive maintenance, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.Onboard source and target business systems to the IAG platform via REST, SOAP, flat file, and database connections using the Application Factory model.Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, connector, interface, and reporting issues as they arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Proactively monitor the IAG platform, source, and target integrations for issues before and as they arise, including data consistency and connectivity.Develop and maintain runbooks for day-to-day operations of the IGA platform, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.Develop necessary business processes and actively maintain process documentation, promoting efficiency and best practices throughout the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions, improving operations and implementing industry best practices.Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other business partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and best practices.Hands-on experience with IAG platforms, preferably SailPoint.Experience working with development languages, such as Java.Technical understanding of IAG capabilities, intersection with other cybersecurity domains, products, vendors, and industry practices.Ability to integrate IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure.Experience ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Demonstrated partnership and collaboration, willingness to assist others, and skilled at building strong peer relationships.Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.Able to work in dynamic situations, deliver on commitments, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:IAMs platform like SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, Okta (SailPoint preferred).Common identity stores – AD, LDAP, Entra ID.Microsoft SQL Server – performing complex queries, extracting, and manipulating data.Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or other automation or scripting tools.
