As a key team member of a high-visibility organization, the Sales Compensation Operations Analyst will provide technical and operational assistance in support of Cloudflare's Global Sales Compensation Program. Working closely with the existing Sales Compensation team and partnering with GTM Finance and Sales Operations, the Sales Compensation Analyst will play an active role in managing and testing the ICM platform, commissions calculations and validations, submission to payroll, and inquiry resolution.ResponsibilitiesSupport accurate and timely distribution of commission payments and statements for the Global Cloudflare Sales TeamDrive alignment amongst cross-functional stakeholders and project manage commissions calculation inputsBuild consistent practices, documentation and desktop procedures for all commissions processesParticipate in ICM User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting in identifying and troubleshooting defectsManage and calculate sales commissions for special programsWork directly with the Global Cloudflare Sales Team to assist in timely dispute resolution, leading with empathy and employing a customer-focused approachEnsure SOX compliance, collaborating with business partners and Internal Audit on execution of controlsExperience, Desired Skills, Requirements:Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field3+ years of either Sales Compensation, Commissions, FP&A, Consulting or Sales Operations experience.Experience in a growth technology company is a plus
