Does that sound like you?In your future role as Sales Development Representative you will:Service existing accounts and seek new customers, focusing on both polymer and non-polymeric applications. Provide market insights to commercial management.Develop existing business relationships and manage pricing effectively.Expand customer base through prospecting and technical sales approaches.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet budgetary goals.Conduct regular customer calls and follow up on leads promptly.We believe you bring:Language:Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (non-negotiable)Education:Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering: No experience neededDegree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields: 1-3 years of experience in the specialty chemicals sectorExperience:Basic sales experience preferredExperience with clients in the polymers/specialty chemicals sector is a plusComfortable with cold calling (strong preference)Must work onsite at Nouryon's Los Reyes plant at least 3 days per week and be open to visiting clientsGood to know:Please apply via our online recruitment system.
