**What is the job about?
**
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads into opportunities using industry end-user profiling and intelligence methods.
You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams and partners to ensure opportunities are moving forward.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Lead generation and qualification through research and prospecting.
- Hitting or exceeding a monthly lead quota and acting as the first point of contact for potential customers.
- Researching markets for companies that match the ideal customer profile.
- Scheduling and arranging discovery meetings for sales specialists.
- Identifying target buyer personas and building customer relationships.
- Maintaining client relationship management tools with accurate and timely data.
- Increasing networking opportunities through trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Supporting and informing customers on key services, solutions, and marketing campaigns.
**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:
- Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
Additional languages are an advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree (new graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience in B2B sales development, customer-facing roles, or SaaS is beneficial.
- Interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a structured approach to multitasking and organization.
- A solid phone presence and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Persistence and resilience in finding leads and handling rejection.
- An approach that values collaboration while being capable of independent work.
