Manage a sales team, identify new business opportunities both locally and regionally as well as trigger strong relationships with current new clients and partners.**Major duties & Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities and formulate effective sales plans.- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability.- Achieve Annual Operating KPI: revenue, profitability and portfolio transformation. Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Retention: Trigger Portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.**Knowledge and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree on Business, MKT, Food Engineer (desirable). MBA is a plus.- Ingredient experience- 10+ years' experience on the Protein segment (meat, poultry, fish and alternative proteins)
