Deploy the long-range plans strategy and key initiatives.Deploy a yearly Margin Recovery Plan aimed to improve profitability within the segment: price increase, GCI, implement forex immunity plans.Retention: Trigger Portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture.Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the QSR's customer base and market presence both locally and abroad.Penetration and Innovation: Lead and intentionally use of core and new capabilities to deliver innovation, transform portfolio and improve profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, and participate in strategic business discussions.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to forecast sales volumes and revenue. Prepare accurate sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly engage with key stakeholders, address their needs, and proactively identify opportunities.Industry and Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree on Business, MKT, Food Engineer.
