We make sure that top performers are recognized and over-beating quota.What you'll doAs a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our AI-driven SaaS solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our sales team is well-prepared to engage with prospects, close deals, and exceed their sales targets.ResponsibilitiesContent Development: Create, manage, and update sales collateral, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and competitive analysis; Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members to ensure they understand our products, value propositions, and sales strategies; Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve our sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including the implementation of best practices and the use of CRM tools; Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the sales team; Sales Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools to streamline the sales process and improve productivity; Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide relevant and timely information to the sales team; RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.+3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within the tech industry, preferably B2B SaaS.Strong understanding of AI solutions and their applications in the industrial sector.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency with CRM software (e.G., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.G., Outreach)
