Because we have a deep level of respect for each other, there is always room to learn and develop.**Reason for the role**:Be the main technical point of contact within our sales team, with a focus on our mid-market and enterprise segments. -Uncover and assess customer requirements, then map and present technical solutions. -Amaze prospects and customers using in-depth technical expertise during product demonstrations, in person and online -Develop competitive analysis sheets to support sales and other teams. -Represent Deliverect at events and trade shows. -Provide technical coaching to our in-house sales team. -Collaborate with product and support teams on technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alert the sales teams to potential risks of deal closure.**Job Requirements**:2+ years experience in a similar role. -Experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment. -Ability to popularize technical information for a general audience - familiarity with APIs a plus. -Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail. -Highly adaptable with the ability to multitask projects simultaneously while maintaining quality. -You work in a structured, organized and goal-oriented way. -Knowledge of retail or hospitality POS tech, Apple tools, web technologies, and networking is an asset. -University Degree is a must.**What we offer?**:We want to support everyone.
