**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High social intelligence with the ability to navigate different social situations effectively.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in sales management
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to engage in technical sales discussions
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques
- Experience in sales management is advantageous
- Fluency in both Spanish and English for interacting with English and Spanish-speaking clients
