Company DescriptionEmpresa líder de supply chain.**Job Description**:**Objetivo de la Posición**:- Manage/Grow assigned customer and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with corporate/regional objectives within the assigned geography and/or market segment.**Principales Responsabilidades: (No limitativo)**- Accountable for delivery of the "Gross Profit" to meet and exceed predefined targets through assigned clients.- Preparation of sales calls, and pipeline management through our CRM with a disciplined approach.- Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing/identifying needs and suggesting solutions from our portfolio of logistics products (Ocean, Landside transportation, Customs House Brokerage, LTL, LCL, Control Tower solutions and Lead Logistics, etc.).- Timely and correct update of contract rates, terms, and conditions in line with the predefined procedures.- Effectively hand over and provide the right input for implementations, on overall "closed-won" business opportunities to our customer service, operations, and finance teams.- Establish an internal network to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.- Research and understand territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers- Respond to all sales leads/key correspondence within identified timelines.- Research and analyze competitive and industry trends (e.G., analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, study literature regarding new and existing services, and monitor sales, prices, and services of competitors); recommend appropriate measures.**Qualifications**:**PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO IDEAL****Estudios, Idiomas y Lenguajes necesarios**:- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, International Commerce, or similar.- Más 2 años de experiência en área de logística; - Inglés intermedio/avanzado; **Habilidades Deseadas yExperiência**:- Proven experience in a commercial role within the logistics and supply chain industry.- Previous business development experience, with a sound understanding of logistics and solutions selling.- Great relationship-building skills, customer oriented.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to be both persuasive and influential.- Self-motivated and performance-driven.Additional Information- ** Salario Mensual**:$25,000 a 45,000 MXN** o 45,000 a 60,000**:- ** Aguinaldo: 15 **días- ** Bono por Desempeño**:Entre 2 y 3 meses- ** Prestaciones Adicionales **Prestaciones de Ley o superiores **- **SGMM **- **Vales de Gasolina
