Job Description
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by visiting clients in their locations, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products or services. This includes identifying potential customers, pitching solutions, and meeting sales targets.
Identify and pursue sales leads through field visits and customer interactions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in assigned territories.
Present products/services to potential customers.
Negotiate sales deals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Understand and track trends in the market.
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
