Whether in the areas of mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology or energy and building technology with us, you will have the chance to improve quality of life all across the globe.**Job Description**:- IT/Digital Sales hunter that can lead new business development and sales efforts in MX region across industry verticals.- Experience selling to c-level and senior-level business and technical executives- Significant experience in selling Digital Transformation services and in areas related to Information Technology, IoT, Industry 4.0 and Product Engineering- Exposure to multiple industry sectors in following order of preference - Manufacturing Discrete/Auto/Industrial; Hi-Tech; Medical Devices; Telco; Retail.- Experience in carrying hunting targets - should be comfortable with an acquisition target in terms of mUSD- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets / customers, work with Bosch teams globally, and help build right set of services and business models.- Co-ordinate with portfolio owners in India and Germany to understand and position Bosch suite of solutions and services in Mexico.- Support Regional Marketing plan - Communication, Event Participation.- Align actions to department and company vision, mission, strategy, and objectives.- Build a strong internal network and align with key players to support the delivery of projects to customers and execute deals.- Work with support teams to manage operational issues such as fulfillment, partner relationships, legal, billing, and other compliance related topics- Perform quantitative analysis, and develop proposals, SOW, contract negotiations, agreements and closure, either in the capacity of assisting a larger team or as an individual contributor.- Develop commercial and pricing strategies for quotations with strong commercial negotiation skills to secure new business- Willing to travel 75% within MX or internationally (post-covid normalization).**Qualifications**:- 8 years' work experience in sales and at least 3 years' experience in sales hunting role in Mexico market.- Engineering background.
