You will be responsible for developing a business strategy and plan to optimize the Performance Nutrition business for Mexico, executing the agreed plan and building the structure to deliver sustained growth:Develop a commercial strategy that delivers against our ambitious growth plansDevelop, implement and drive a commercial routine with Distributors.Pro-actively manage sales & distribution dataDevelop/implement routine with Distributor and his sales staff to ensure pro-active and proper management over KPIs:Actual Sales vs. Sales TargetCustomer base vs. Weekly coverage %Portfolio mix improvementCreate and execute commercial plans to grow key indicatorsIdentify new market opportunities and distribution partnerships, recommend robust business proposalsOwn the Sales and Distribution KPI'sInfluence sales staff and manage to lead them to a high performing teamManaging market pricing and competitionMonitor competitor activity in the marketplaceGenerate customer and consumer insights**Experience needed**:7+ years of experience in business & sales positionsBachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or relatedAbility to influence at a senior levelEnglish as second Language (Fluent) and Spanish (native).Think strategically and tactically as wellWillingness to travelStrong motivation and ambition.Demonstrated ability in business analysis and decision makingStrong computing, reporting and business presentation skillsThe Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activity, strategy & relationships with key customers and maintain Distributor running properly the commercial operations with GPN brands in order to meet sales and financial targets.Glanbia Performance Nutrition has enjoyed consistent double-digit growth, which has been achieved both organically and through acquisition.
