We are growing exponentially and are looking for a Sales Leader capable of recruiting, training and managing new team members while overseeing our existing team of rock star account managers. You will plan and execute activities that will result in both the growth of our customer base and profitable sales in the Americas.**RESPONSIBILITIES**The Sales Manager will act as both monitor and mentor, measuring team performance against set KPIs while helping members achieve individual and regional goals by providing personalized, ongoing guidance for their continued professional development.- Map the Americas market that matches Rand's corporate goals (Rand and MARRc)- Manage, develop and assess Rand's existing global customer base- Develop and grow client base and the sales organization to support it, by actively and positively marketing Rand's Global brand- Collaborate with sales team to execute on tactical sales goals and priorities- Provide day-to-day support to sales team including skill development, performance management, as well as systems, process and industry training- Monitor process, progress and results and report to Chief Operating Officer regularly to adjust sales plan- Enhance existing customer relationships both internally—by promoting superior service and operational excellence—and externally—through direct communication with customers- Determine clients' business requirements and leverage Rand's services and sales team to offer solutions**QUALIFIED CANDIDATE POSSESS**- Strong work ethic- Passionate about technology and staying on top of marketplace trends and events- Commitment to execution and a passion for mentoring and supporting others**REQUIREMENTS**- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of electronic components and peripherals- Thorough understanding of technology customers and their supply chain- Possess a minimum of 10 years of prior experience in a fast-paced tech sales environment- Possess a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the electronic components/computer parts industry.- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Speaks English fluently- Bachelor's degree in business or related field- Intermediate level: Microsoft Office, CRM, and ability to quickly learn custom business management software**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**- We offer a competitive base salary plus performance commissions and bonus plan- Company-paid health and time-off benefits
