As **Sales Manager**, you will be the main contact for Automotive OEMs for current programs, manages and take full ownership for commercial activities for multiple wiring & electronic programs and ensure customer satisfaction while increase profitability for Lear Corp.
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- Single point of contact for OEM customers (purchasing, program, engineering).
- Increase profitability on current programs for Lear Corporation.
- Develop, present, and negotiate quotations for engineering changes.
- Close open commercial issues quickly and profitably while maintaining good relationship w OEMs.
- Manage past due and open collections in a Weekly basis.
- Make Sales presentations and Quotations for new business to OEM's.
- Work with internal processes to complete job functions.
- Understand and ensure to follow the process according to OEMs specifications and applicable specific industry standard.***
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, BA, or Equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Teamwork.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient English Level.
