Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst at Confie provides day-to-day operational and analytical support to the Retail organization. Sales Operations Analysts routinely provide insight and business recommendations based on an analysis involving sales data, markets, customers, strategy, and performance. In addition, they develop reporting tools to support sales initiatives, identify opportunitir improvement with sales operations processerecast, lead special projects, track sales performance, and deliver analysis as needed on an ad hoc basis.**Responsibilities**:Develop analytical reporting tools, performance tracking, and metrics that drive a deeper understanding of the business, and that help identify improvement opportunities.Conduct deeper analysis to gain insights into key opportunities to optimize the salnnel and retention cycle.Facilitate the implementation of change as a result of analyses and help drive enablement efforts.Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in a simprm to a non-technical audience.Skills Required:Bachelor's degreeImportante empresa with sales execution, analysis, and reportingTableauLookerExcel knowledgeCommunications SkillsOrganizedAttention to detail
