This is a great opportunity to set the foundation for an impactful and successful career at Arrow!What You'll Be Doing:Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base.Work with internal and external resources, facilitating the work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing.Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customers of changes to delivery status.Liaison between sales team - ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.Ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
