Open to learn a business modom scratom the sales managers and operations team. Works within a company to support the customer requirements through timely order entry until their product is shipped. Also, will manage the internal reporting aedbaom the customer. Manage customer accounts including daily order processing, customer communication, price changes, credits, issues etc. This position is the center of customcom new product or current order interests to responses to the issues, shipment arrangements and productillow up with the rest of the company. Needs to manage customer relations. Manages the reporting allow up with plant personnel regarding customedback and complaints. Excellellow-up organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability tomulti-task. Working on Excel tables with clients. This position may also require little or no travel to different citir trade shows, customer visits and customer plant/office visits.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment. Detail oriented and hardworking. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are must. Computer skills. Good organizational skills.
