**Sales/ Program Manager**:
**Objectives of this role**
- 1. Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs
- 2. Develope and execute a Sales Plan in order to increase sales portfolio
- 3. Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- 4. Maintain accurate customers records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- 5. Work with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- 6. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
**Responsibilities**
- 1. Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- 2. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- 3. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business sales
- 4. Generate progress sales strategies and sales reports for customers and senior leaders within the organization
- 5. Identify upsell, cross-sell, new and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
**Required skills and qualifications**
- 1. Colleage / University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 2. Five or more years of experience in sales management in sales and customer service role
- 3. Idealy with aerospace/chemical industry expirience
- 4. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- 8. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- 9. Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
- 10. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- 1. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- 2. Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
